Delete my data

You can request deletion of specific data from your Traveller account — or your entire account — at any time. We'll process your request within 7 days.

Fastest option: Open the Traveller app → tap the menu (☰) → Settings → Delete Account to instantly remove all your data without contacting us.

This must match the email you registered with.

Submitting opens your email client with a pre-filled request. We'll confirm deletion within 7 days. Full account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What happens after you request deletion?

  • 1.We verify the request matches the registered account email.
  • 2.We delete the requested data from our production systems within 7 days.
  • 3.Encrypted backups are rotated out within 90 days.
  • 4.We send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
