Delete your account

You can delete your Traveller account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open the Traveller app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
  3. 3Tap Settings.
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. 5Confirm deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

What gets deleted

  • ✕Your account and login credentials
  • ✕All trips, checklists, and packing lists
  • ✕All journal entries and photos
  • ✕All expenses and budgets
  • ✕Your profile, travel preferences, and avatar
  • ✕Push notification tokens

Can't access the app?

Email us at mail@mytraveller.app with the subject line "Delete my account" and we'll process your request within 7 days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchases are non-refundable once an account is deleted.
