December–May is the dry season — best for Brimstone Hill Fortress (UNESCO, one of the best-preserved forts in the Americas), the St Kitts Scenic Railway (the last running sugar-cane railway in the Caribbean), and hiking Nevis Peak. Alexander Hamilton was born on Nevis in 1755.
